I love this guy and the concepts you've posted of him. :3 Is there any particular symbolism with the birds/type of birds?
Thanks very much! Not symbolism, really... the birds are his spies in two respective avian organizations. In other words, I made them up for the picture and decided how they fit into the story I'm brainstorming at the moment. :)
